About me
Hi everyone! I just want to start with the most important thing to do: expressing my gratitude to you. Thank you for reading this blog! Ok, now I can introduce myself. My name is Hanna. I’m Peruvian and I have a very mixed cultural background. My father is Korean, my mother was Peruvian and I studied in a french school. So to put it in a way, I spent my childhood between the Andes, eating tons of kimchi and trying to figure out my homework in French.
I will share here, the things I like the most: traveling, go hiking, cooking (of course also eating) and finding places with good vibes all around the world.
Obviously, you will find a special chapter about Peru. I will gladly share my experiences as a local, the popular places and also the unknowns for those who are searching something different.
In 2016, I went hiking for the first time and since then I discovered a new passion. Sometimes, I didn’t find any information on internet. So, I decided to write a blog and share all the details that I would have liked to know. My intention is to write a very honest and simple blog. If there is something wrong about a place or if I have to point out some watchouts, I will do it with no hesitation. My main goal is to share information and experiences that (luckily) you will find useful.
My native language is Spanish but I’m writing this blog in English because my Peruvian heart told me to do it. I want to share information about Peru that you rarely find in English, so you can have the best experience here.
Also, I visited countries that are mostly for English speakers. This 2022, I spent two months on Thailand and Sri Lanka. Something that I definitely have to share. I’m starting this blog with Peru and then I will write about other countries. I will do my best to update this blog as soon as I can.
I hope you will enjoy reading my articles.
Thank you so much again!
